A shared interest between sisters Angela and Carolyn Vicente in planning and coordinating events led to the birth of Lhacar Event Planner in June 2006. In fact, the group name Lhacar was derived from the combination of syllables from each sister's name. The group had its first successful booking on October 14 of the same year, and through sheer hard work and constant creativity, Lhacar has managed to successfully stage other equally memorable occasions since then.
